stuffed calamari tubes

Mix 1 tablespoon Charmaine Solomon’s Thai Green Curry Paste unto 750g minced pork. Fill calamari tubes. Fasten opening with wooden toothpicks. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the calamari covered over a gentle heat until tender. Cool to room temperature, slice and serve.
